Assessment In Bulgarian a hydrogen facility may be located in industrial and commercial zone according to the Spatial Development Act and the land–use plan; environmental assessment and public acceptance of the facility has to be taken into account.

In Bulgaria there is hydrogen production but it is related to other main industry fields as (glass industry, chemical plants, etc. The cost and time may vary according to the competence of the local authorities.
