Assessment The impact respectively intention of the LAP is to safeguard a safe and continuous operation in line with the scheduled workload – which is a must but the question is whether the length of the process is too long and whether the thereto linked costs are too high

In case the LAP generates a too long process the thereto linked costs are too high and the commission will be delayed. Both impacts have a negative impact on the economics and the reputation of the company (negative advertisement effect)
